This social full-length film raises concerns over troubling statistics of financial illiteracy in Western society. Why we didn’t get any financial education in school? What do rich parents teach their kids that the poor don’t? Is it possible to achieve time and money freedom?

CashFlow Academy, a financial education school, approached us with the problem: many people don’t realize they are financially illiterate and don’t see the urgency of financial education.

 

Concept

To convey the need for financial education, we chose a documentary format from many others. It allowed to share ideas of financial literacy in a form of stories told by real people with real experiences.

 

Production

We gathered up to 10 hours of insights from financial industry experts, investors, coaches, politicians and people on the streets to produce 1 hour 20 min of engaging emotional experience.

US Properties company knows the real estate market and understands US real estate from a Canadian perspective. This promo film provides the information about the US market and explains how the company can help Canadian real estate investors to buy competitively priced and cash flowing properties in Detroit.

US Properties company had a goal to show a simple way of investing in US real estate particularly in the redeveloping city of Detroit.

 

Concept

To provide more information about US real estate market and the city of Detroit nowadays, we chose a promo/documentary format. It allowed to provide real experiences and real picture of this historical place.

 

Production

We gathered up to 3 hours of insights from the president of the company and made a 2 days tour to Detroit, USA to produce 15 minutes of engaging business experience.
